FULL EVENT MANAGEMENT
We offer a full event management service from concept through to completion.
We will take care of everything, from sourcing the perfect venue, managing budgets, sourcing and booking suppliers, negotiating contracts and organising the catering.
We will be there on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and take care of the post-event follow up. Taking the entire organisation of the event out of your hands!
We understand that each event is different with different requirements, and create bespoke packages to suit you.

There will be times when you want to take control of your own event and undertake the organising yourself. You will, however, still want to be able to switch off from the management on the day and relax without dealing with last minute issues and questions from suppliers.
In these circumstances, we offer a "day-of coordination" service. This means that we are there on the day to manage the smooth running of the whole event, coordinating suppliers and working with the venue leaving you free to talk to your guests and enjoy the day you have worked hard to put together!
Our Day-of Coordination service includes face to face meetings to discuss your event and conduct a comprehensive handover. From this we will produce a detailed timeline for the day, including all of the behind the scenes tasks, and contact all of your suppliers to ensure all is as you planned. You can then relax knowing that everything is taken care of.
Each package we put together is totally bespoke to take into account all of your requirements and work with your budget.

Prices start from £450, but each package is put together taking into account the numbers of guests and the level of support you require.

CONSULTATION & ADVICE
If you are planning to organise and manage your own event, but need some guidance, whether it be where to start, how to set (and stick to!) budgets or room layout, whatever your concerns we will spend time with you to offer expert advice and support.
Consultation is charged by the hour, with a minimum 3-hour charge. If you feel this is the right service for you please get in touch so we can offer support.
Should you require a venue finding service we have the insider knowledge to be able to find you a unique venue that will match your personality or brand.
Whether it be a meeting, conference or wedding, we understand that the venue has a huge impact on the overall atmosphere and ultimately the success of your event.
